Computer Lab Upgrades, deadline 27 April 2018

Good day,

We are planning to update the software in the computer labs for Semester 2,, and invite suggestions for software that you would like to see installed. The proposed software would need to be able to run on Windows 10, and licensed.

For a list of software already on the ICTS base image (i.e. programmes made available to all computer lab environments) and, therefore, also already available in the computer lab, visit http://www.icts.uct.ac.za/health-sciences-labs

The Academic Freedom Committee invites staff and students to submit nominations for the 2019 TB Davie Memorial Lecture.

The lecture was established by UCT students to commemorate the work of Thomas Benjamin Davie, who was Vice-Chancellor from 1948 to 1955 and a defender of the principles of academic freedom.
